Attendees enjoyed insightful sessions led by Ben Wheeler, CTO at Firemind, Marissa Beaty, one of our data scientists leading on Arc and AIops development and Donya Briggs, Enterprise Partner Business Manager at NVIDIA, who presented in partnership with Firemind.

We were also supported by David Elliott, Director of Solutions Architecture at AWS for the UK and Ireland, to dive deeper into emergent topics and customer outcomes, along with Frances Pye from the partnership team at Anthropic.

At our recent launch event, we showcased Pulse, our generative AI acceleration tool built on Amazon Bedrock, designed to help organisations demonstrate AI capabilities quickly and effectively. We highlighted how Pulse serves as an accelerator for ideation, enabling organisations to showcase potential use cases for generative AI.

We also introduced Arc, which augments our AIOps Managed Service. Arc provides a comprehensive management framework for AI, ML, and generative AI workloads, focusing on workload management, model evaluation, and optimisation.
