Scalable, secure and serverless

Firemind Group built a custom tool on its Pulse platform, which enables generative AI projects to integrate quickly with Amazon Bedrock and leverage the data security and privacy controls built into AWS.

Amazon Bedrock served as “the beating heart” of Firemind’s Pulse tooling. The team relied primarily on Anthropic’s Claude models, 3.5 and Haiku, as foundation models.

Using the new AI tool, Bank of Ireland’s legal team could work faster and better, with a time savings of 20% on routine tasks — equal to one day per week for each lawyer to do more strategic and more important work. In addition, the team highly valued the specialist counsel tool’s output on specific areas of law.
