We celebrate four new DevOps Engineer Professionals

Not one, not two, not three but four! We cannot contain our excitement today as we celebrate four of the team passing their DevOps Professional Engineer examinations.

To the victor go the spoils! 🥂

Today the whole office came together to celebrate the quadruple success of Talib, Jason, Jason 2.0 and Darren!

All four have worked tirelessly, month after month, training for their AWS Professional DevOps Engineer certification.

What is the Certified DevOps Engineer Certification?

Working towards (and achieving) the Professional DevOps Engineering level, signifies an individuals talent in automating the testing and deployment of AWS infrastructure and applications.

Before even beginning to undertake the certification, all four members of the team needed to have at least 2 years experience provisioning, operating and managing AWS environments. They also needed to be experienced in at least one high-level programming language, with additional finesse at building highly automated infrastructures and administering operating systems.

By achieving this certification, they can be validated as professionals in the DevOps space, providing high quality advice, guidance and practical experience to a customers cloud journey.
