Firemind joins the Claude Partner Network as Select Partner

5 June 2026

One of Anthropic’s first Select partners outside the US. That’s Firemind.

It is not a badge. It is a bar.

To reach Select standing in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network Services Track, a firm needs certified practitioners actively using Claude, customers running Claude in production, and at least one willing to go on record about what was delivered. Firemind has cleared it. We are now listed in Anthropic’s partner directory as a Select partner - one of the few firms outside the United States included at launch.

A new standard for Claude delivery partners

In March 2026, Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network with a $100 million investment in partner training, technical support, and shared marketing. The premise was direct: most enterprises moving AI into production need a firm that has done it before. The partner network identifies which firms those are.

More than 40,000 firms applied. More than 10,000 consultants have now earned a Claude certification. The Services Track, announced on 3 June 2026, adds three tiers to that programme: Select, Preferred, and Global Premier. Each reflects how deep a firm’s Claude practice actually runs. The same bar applies to every firm, regardless of size or geography.

The bar for Select is concrete

Select is where partnership begins. It requires at least 10 active certified practitioners, at least 2 joint customers deployed in production in the trailing 12 months, and at least 1 public customer story.

These are not soft criteria. A firm’s standing is verified every quarter. It cannot be bought or claimed.

For enterprises evaluating partners, this matters. Every firm’s tier, certified headcount, and customer deployments are visible in the Claude Partner Hub’s public directory. The guesswork is gone. A Select partner has certified people, production deployments, and public proof behind them.

Earned, not claimed

Giao Le, Firemind’s VP of Business Development, put it plainly:

Being listed in Anthropic’s partner directory at launch, as one of the few firms outside the US, is something I’m genuinely proud of. It reflects years of engineering rigour and months of close collaboration with a team that shares our conviction about what enterprise AI can deliver. What has made this particularly meaningful is how actively Anthropic’s Applied AI and Partnership teams have listened to this initial cohort, shaping the programme so partners are genuinely equipped to help customers succeed. We’re grateful for that relationship, and excited about what we build next.

Reaching Select standing at launch reflects the depth of Firemind’s investment in building with Claude. Our engineers have been deploying Claude in production for enterprise clients across Europe. The certifications and customer stories behind this status are not retrospective. They are the result of sustained, hands-on work over an extended period.

Clients now have a verified reference point

The Services Track answers a real question that enterprise buyers face: how do you tell apart firms with genuine Claude capability from firms that have attended a briefing?

Firemind’s Select status means clients have a public, quarterly-verified reference point. They can see our standing in the Partner Hub, check how many certified practitioners we hold, and see the customer deployments we have taken live. Anthropic has also built an MCP connector into the Partner Hub, so this information is queryable directly within Claude.

Firemind’s work spans Autonomous IT operations, enterprise Claude enablement, and the infrastructure work that turns a controlled pilot into something a business can rely on. We work primarily with mid-to-large enterprises across the UK, Germany, and Finland, in sectors where operational reliability and governance are non-negotiable. Select status reflects where we stand today. The requirements for Preferred and Global Premier reflect where we are building.

The programme rewards real deployments. So does our practice.

Organisations evaluating Claude partners no longer have to rely on a firm’s own claims. The Partner Hub makes standing, certified headcount, and production deployments publicly visible — and verified quarterly. That is a more honest basis for a conversation than any sales deck.
